This is the life and times of Josh, Lacey, William and Kyrie Lowder. Like it or not; take it or leave it; you break it you buy it; don't judge a book by its cover and all that jazz....

GOT PEAS?

Here's our little peanut...all covered in peas :)

She is almost walking these days and is such a happy little girl.
We are back here in rexburg, Josh is going to school and as of right now, the plan is to just finish his associates degree. I am starting a job tomorrow at Western Wats, which is a Market Researching center. I worked there before and I am excited to be working again.
William, well, he is still as lively and active as ever. He is talking more and more these days and getting better at pronouncing things right. There is not much else to report. We'll update you again soon....

Back in Rexburg

Well, we are back in Rexburg for the semester. Josh defered the fall so we moved up here the first week of January and will move back home for the summer so that he can work on the farm. The day before we moved, on January 3, we blessed Kyrie in Aberdeen. It was a small family affair and went very nicely. I am so happy that I have a worthy Priesthood holder in my home. And I love him very very much. And our children...

Our little Will is growing up so fast. He is always so full of energy, I am not really sure where he gets it. Sometimes I find myself wishing that I had that much energy, but then, if I did, I'd probably have a heart attack or something. Its all we can do just to keep up with him. He will be 2 on March 3. Its so hard to believe that time has gone by so fast already.

Will LOVES being a big brother. When we first brought Kyrie home, he wasn't too fond of the idea of someone to take away his attention. However, as the weeks have passed, he has become loving and always wants to hold her, and hug and kiss her, of course. When she fusses, he tries to comfort her. Sometimes, its like he forgets she's not a doll and he wants to carry her around. Lets just say that he is not left alone with her...not yet.

And, like her big brother, Kyrie is growing up WAY too fast. She is the most adorable little girl in the whole wide world. Of course, we are pretty biased. She will be 7 weeks in 2 days and she seems so huge to me. She weighs almost 10 lbs and it just feels like she is too big already. I know it means that she is healthy but can't she just slow down for a bit?

Well...other than Josh going to school 3 days a week and doing homework the other 4, we just veg out in front of the TV mostly. I have gone to work out at the complex clubhouse once, and hope that I can make it a daily thing and lose this baby weight that I still have from Will and now Kyrie. With Josh so busy with homework most of the time, its hard, but I will make the time, cuz I told Josh we can't have anymore kids till I lose 40 pounds....we'll see how that goes. Wish me luck.
Until next time......

Kyrie Lynn

Kyrie Lynn Lowder was born Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 5:06 PM in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She weighed 7lbs 2 oz 20 1/2 inches long! She is so beautiful! Will is beginning to understand that he can't be rough with her, although sometimes he forgets. He loves to hug and kiss her and today, she grabbed onto his finger and he thought that was just so cool. He calls her Ky Ky. My delivery was really fast. we got to the hospital at 3 in the afternoon and she was here 2 hours later. Its our joke that she kind of just fell out. She decided she wanted to be here and thats what happened. The dr. was actually giving me an epidural when she started coming. It was quite the adventure. But she is here and the dr. says we have a perfect baby girl!

I will try to get more pics uploaded, it doesn't seem to be working right now.

Let me explain...

Some kind of mishap occurred as I was trying to update our blog, therefore,I have had to recreate it. I hope that you have had a chance, prior to the mishap, to view our blog. If not, however, I will try to catch you up with word and picture.

William is now 19 months old and is such a joy in our lives. He is picking up new words daily and is so much fun to listen to and watch. He is, like most boys his age, VERY curious and energentic. He loves to investigate his surroundings.

This picture was taken on the day of BYU's first football game this season. Will is sporting QB Max Hall's number 15...and his goofy camera smile :)

And this cute/goofy picture was once again his camera smile. When he sees you with a camera, this is his face.

I am 7 months pregnant with our second child, a little girl!! We are so excited for December 17th to come, and hopefully with it, our lil' Kyrie Lynn. We think that she will not only be another joy to us, but a playmate for Will as well as someone who will take away a little of the attention from Will. Not only is William our first child, he is also the first grandchild on both sides. Lets just say he is VERY loved...

Josh is working on a teaching degree from BYU-Idaho for History Education. We will be moving to Rexburg, ID in January for the winter semester and will be back home in Aberdeen in April until the fall semester starts in September. Josh hopes to finally be done with school in about 5 semesters, plus student teaching.

One Sunday in June, we took a trip to Shoshone Falls. This is Josh and Will in the foreground of the beautiful waterfalls!

Other than that folks, we just hang around the house and play. Josh is working on the farm with his dad, but things are winding down, and with the weather changing and having snowed last week, they don't really have much to do I don't think.

Well...Until next time....
